This unique collaboration between Daisy Tomlin from Paint & Fizz and Yoga with Charlotte Hampson blends a very gentle yoga practice with guided meditation and a relaxed, welcoming painting session - designed to help you slow down, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive space.

After the meditation, Daisy will lead a step-by-step lotus flower painting session using acrylic paint on canvas.

A stencil will be available to outline the lotus flower, making this completely beginner-friendly and you’ll then be free to explore colours, textures and backgrounds in your own way.
